What types of vehicles can I haul with GoPhore?
GoPhore supports any vehicle with a VIN—cars, trucks, fleet vehicles, auction cars, and more. If it can be moved and tracked, it can be managed with GoPhore.

What devices does the driver app support?
Our mobile app works on both Android and iOS devices. It’s designed to function smoothly on smartphones and tablets in the field.
What can drivers do in the app?

Do drivers need internet access to use the app?

How does GoPhore help with dispatching?
GoPhore’s drag-and-drop dispatch board allows you to assign drivers, schedule multi-stop trips, and monitor everything from a single dashboard. Jobs sync instantly with the driver’s app.
Can I track vehicle locations in real time?
Yes. GoPhore includes GPS tracking so dispatchers and customers can see where vehicles are, view ETAs, and get updates automatically.
Does GoPhore support recurring jobs or route templates?
Yes, our platform supports recurring trips and templates for commonly run routes—saving you time and reducing manual entry.
ePOD, Inspections & Claims
What is an ePOD?
An ePOD (electronic Proof of Delivery) is a digital version of the paper delivery receipt. GoPhore captures all delivery details, including timestamps, damage photos, and signatures.
How does GoPhore handle damage inspections?
Drivers can tag vehicle damage using AIAG-compliant diagrams and photo annotations. Inspections are time- and location-stamped for accuracy and transparency.
What if a customer files a claim?
All ePOD data, including condition reports and photos, is stored securely and can be reviewed during the claims process to support faster resolutions. We also integrate with Fenkell for advanced claim management
Accounting
Can I generate invoices with GoPhore?
Yes. GoPhore can generate and send invoices automatically based on completed jobs, including rate calculations and customer details.
Does GoPhore track payments and receivables?
Absolutely. You can manage accounts receivable, track outstanding balances, and reconcile payments in one place.
Can I export financial reports from GoPhore?
